From the simple Jellyfish to complex Jams

Simple Harmonic Oscillator is an album about the tightrope walk that is humanity’s relationship with the physical world. It’s about joy, love, loneliness, and inevitable doom, all at the hands of the natural universe. It’s about what it means to live in a world you know is ending. And most importantly it’s the thesis statement of IPJ’s past five years of songwriting.

Everything is a Simple Harmonic Oscillator.

And there is no sound in space.

We Gelatinous Few

In what humans refer to as the year 2015, Intergalactic Peace Jelly descended from the cosmos, embodied in physical form by five young men from Colorado. The Jelly has been on the rise ever since, spreading the cosmic word of Rock and Roll to anyone and everyone willing to listen.

Join IPJ as they hurtle their jams into deep space and yank them crashing back to Earth. Prog, blues, funk, metal— nothing is off-limits.

They’ve toured just about every state within a thousand miles, and after a short break, they’re back and ready to melt your face once more.

Coming to a species near you…

GOT THUMBS?

Opposable, omnipotent, omnipresent - Our outrageous observations oriented orally!

We live in a time where everybody has a vice that begs the question ‘What did it cost?’, where the American government has introduced its people to some tasty UFO Tofu, where Keepers of Silence hide truths, and where telescopes reveal those most closely kept secrets of the Cosmic Strip. Evolution is inevitable — get yourself some thumbs.

Coming this Spring.

You have to be confident in who you are and what you're doing. Of course, you try to evolve. I would never tell you, 'Today is the best I will ever be.'

-Guy Fieri

I came from a lot of intolerance and prejudice, which aren't necessarily healthy to evolve as a human.

-Katy Perri

I don't want to just revolve. I want to evolve. As a man, as a human, as a father, as a lover.

-Mathew McConaughey

“ People who avoid the brick walls - all power to ya, but we all have to hit them sometimes in order to push through to the next level, to evolve. “
